This high-performance wound dressing contains 200% more medical-grade Manuka honey than standard sheets, delivering a concentrated dose directly to the wound bed. The high sugar concentration supports natural autolytic debridement, helping remove necrotic tissue, slough, and debris while maintaining an optimal moist healing environment.

The porous design allows excess exudate to pass into a secondary dressing, helping protect surrounding skin and reduce wound odour. Flexible and easy to cut, the dressing can be applied and removed in one piece and may remain in place for up to seven days depending on exudate levels.
