Procedure (18–30 °C)

1. Open pouch and bring card to room temperature.

2. Add 1 drop of whole blood to each S well.

3. Add 3 drops of diluent.

4. Allow migration to A, B, and D wells.

5. Read results at 1 minute (not after 5 minutes).

   
   

Result Guide

• A only → Group A

• B only → Group B

• A + B → Group AB

• None → Group O

• D positive → RhD positive
